Today, we performed an angioplasty using a specialized intravascular imaging system from Japan called Makoto. It is notably the only FDA-cleared system that uses a dual-modality approach, combining Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) with Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS).
